How We Work Together

Learn More About Therapy

Therapy is a collaborative process.

Therapy offers a space to pause, explore, and better understand yourself. Together, we'll work at a pace that feels right for you, creating a safe and supportive relationship where change can unfold naturally.

There is no single path through therapy. Every journey is shaped around your needs, your experiences, and your goals.

Ways We Can Work Together

Walk & Talk Therapy

Some conversations flow more naturally while walking outdoors. Moving through nature can create fresh perspective, ease difficult conversations, and help quiet the mind.

Relational Psychotherapy

At the heart of my practice is relational therapy—a collaborative approach that explores how our relationships, experiences, and patterns shape the way we see ourselves and the world.

Together, we create a space where new understanding and meaningful change can emerge.

Somatic Therapy

Our bodies often carry stress, emotions, and memories long before we have words for them.

By gently bringing awareness to the body, we can deepen insight, improve regulation, and support lasting change.

Breathwork

The breath is a powerful bridge between body and mind.

Where appropriate, guided breathwork can help regulate the nervous system, increase self-awareness, and create space for calm, resilience, and emotional processing.

Yoga

Drawing on more than 500 hours of Hatha Yoga training, gentle movement may be incorporated into therapy when it feels supportive. Yoga is never about performance—it is simply another way of reconnecting with yourself.

Retreats (Coming Soon)

Sometimes stepping away from everyday life creates the space needed for deeper reflection and renewal.

In the future, I will offer small therapeutic retreats that combine conversation, movement, nature, mindfulness, and community in a calm and restorative environment.

Stay connected to hear about upcoming retreats.

Occasionally, I will offer workshops exploring themes such as:
